Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Lagos, Port Harcourt – Rivers & Abuja
Slots: 15 Openings

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure to drive sales by closing monthly targets assigned;
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile;
  • Conduct marketing research and advise on possible opportunities, identify new markets and business opportunities, achieve set monthly targets in selected territory;
  • Provide weekly sales report to support Line manager’s decision making, develop and execute marketing plans;
  • Prepare winning proposals, presentations and implement the sales strategies and plans;
  • Represent company at exhibitions, events and demonstrations, project a sound image of the company to prospective clients;
  • Any other tasks assigned to you by your superiors.

Job Specification

  • Ideal candidate must have a B.Sc, B.A or HND from a reputable institution
  • Required years of Experience: 3 – 5 years in sales in an automobile industry.

Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly;
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
  • Maintains customer records by updating information and attend to customerТs concerns and also provide service order;
  • Provide satisfactory service on timely basis;
  • Periodically checking on the progress on the vehicle and updating customer;
  • Follow the standard organization progress and maintaining high customers satisfactory standard;
  • Generate counter sales for walk-in customers and record transactions in computer;
  • Estimate cost and time needed to do the repair, resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
  • Manage a team of proactive team members and generate a daily, weekly and monthly report;
  • Perform any other tasks assigned.

Job Specification

  • A Degree in Communication or relevant discipline
  • Candidate must have at least 7 – 10 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Previous work experience in a telecommunications firm would be an added advantage
  • Good mastery of CRM software and tools
  • Candidates must be between the ages of 30 – 35 years of age.

Job Title: Public Relations & Brand Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute publicity campaigns for companyТs events and Exhibitions, proactively pitch company content to all forms of media (print, online, social, radio, TV, podcasts, etc.)
  • Create greater awareness for the companyТs media programming to consumers to drive sales and brand retention.;
  • Sniff out unique publicity opportunities to niche media outlets;
  • Write/edit all press materials including press releases, media alerts, talent and executive bios, fact sheets, Q&As, talking points, social media posts, etc.
  • Schedule and oversee senior managementТs (Chairman/CEO) interviews;
  • Contribute their best (and weirdest) ideas to creative strategy for programming initiatives
  • Develop, cultivate and maintain strong ongoing relationships with all УpressФ across digital, print and electronic outlets
  • Continuously build and maintain media lists
  • Co-actively manage all social media accounts

  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned

Job Specification

  • Ideal candidate must have a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related discipline
  • Candidate must be female
  • Candidate must have 9-11 years of experience in the marketing and media communications industry
  • Strategic relations with the Media industry (Print, Digital and traditional)
  • Copy writing skills
  • Media Communication with reference to Digital communications
  • Social media communication expertise
  • Publications and strong professional writing skills.
