Job Title: Web Master

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Determining client website needs and requirements.
  • Building and testing aesthetic, functional and user-friendly websites.
  • Coordinating with designers, content providers, and management or business owners.
  • Implementing and ensuring website security and data protection.
  • Maintaining, updating, and optimizing servers.
  • Monitoring and analysing site performance.
  • Manage design of pages, content integration and SEO configuration.
  • Proactively report and solicit feedback from communications team and program staff.
  • Updating website content and reviewing SEO.
  • Addressing and responding to user comments and complaints
  • Contribute to discussions on ways to improve functionality and usability
  • Collaborating with business and technology teams to meet needs and improve efficiency
  • Replying user comments and queries in a timely fashion
  • Managing backup servers and failover.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; master’s degree is a plus
  • Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the technology field
  • Leadership and/or management experience is a plus
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple websites
  • Strong working knowledge of all relevant coding languages (PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS)
  • Capable of utilizing web content management systems, e.g. WordPress,
  • Excellent communicator, especially regarding abstract concepts
  • Strong Understanding of Windows Server Administration
  • Good Knowledge of Cloud hosting
  • Comprehensive understanding of Domain and DNS administration.

Job Title: Senior Financial Reporting Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

  • Monitoring expenditures compared to budgets and helping company stay on track financially sounds
  • Monthly reporting of Budget versus actual financial data and analyzing the variances.
  • Prepare, analyze and manage various planning and forecasting reports within the whole company and in Finance
  • Prepare and review various reports generated f mainly the financial reports of BS/CF/PL and all internal management reports
  • Prepare and review budget versus actual reporting, monitor progress, follow up on action points
  • Perform daily, weekly or monthly analysis and present findings along with areas for potential improvement
  • Explain variances, investigate the differences and suggest improvements and changes where relevant
  • Annual Budget process: Gathers, assembles, and formats data and prepares preliminary analysis for budget preparation; assists in preparation and presentation of preliminary and final budget documents; prepares budget presentation materials; maintains data and systems for budget tracking and reporting and generates reports;
  • Develops expenditures and revenue forecasts; prepares baseline budget and revisions as needed; analyzes, evaluates and processes budget proposals
  • Makes recommendations on budget matters to the superior
  • Monitor organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget
  • Prepares narrative, graphical and statistical reports with alternative solutions for resolving issues
  • Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls
  • Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the CFO, Head Reporting & Control

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Finance or Accounting
  • 8-10 years’ experience in related field.
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant
  • Masters will be an added advantage

  • Demonstrated self-starter and problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and at the same time deliver time results and reports.

Job Title: Company Legal Secretary

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Responsible for reviewing and advising on corporate legal, corporate finance and other legal documentation;
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Law and rules made there-under and other statutes and bye-laws of the company.
  • Providing legal support to the Board, Managing Director and other business Units;
  • Responsible for preparing and processing standard legal document e.g Contracts, subpoenas, contract summonses, appeals, warrant and motions etc.
  • Responsible for organizing and coordinating legal meetings
  • Preparing the minutes of meetings for the Board, Board Committees, Management Committee and the Annual General Meeting
  • Providing legal opinions on various corporate and other issues as they arise
  • Responsible for ensuring that business of the company is conducted in accordance with its objects as contained in its memorandum of association.
  • Preparing, approve, sign and seal agreements leases, legal forms, and other official documents on the company’s behalf, when authorised by the management team or the executives responsible
  • Engaging legal advisors and defend the rights of the company in Courts of Law and to have custody of the seal of the company.
  • Supervising the preparation, review, execution and monitoring of agreements to which the Company is a party.
  • Providing the link between the various stakeholders of the Company, saddled with the responsibility of managing stakeholders – regulatory, shareholders and the general public.
  • Liaising with relevant Federal Government and Lagos State Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies on project related issues
  • Providing and filling of various documents/returns as required under the provisions of the Companies Law.
  • Responsible for maintenance of books and registers of the company as required under the provisions of the Companies Law.

Qualifications

  • LL B (Hons.)-2nd Class Upper Division
  • L.L.M will be an added advantage
  • Membership in the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) is an advantage
  • 8-10 years of experience is required
