Job Title: Recovery Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Recover bad debts from debtors who shows unwillingness to pay back the loan taken.
- Conduct regular review and visits to client with outstanding loan portfolio at risk.
- Daily review of all the outstanding and overdue loan clients.
- Make regular reports and suggestions to the bank on actions required to protect its fund from bad loan clients.
- Recovery of classified loans.
- Initiates process to prosecute hard core debtors in line with guiding bank policy,
- Negiotes work out plan with willing debtors.
- Liaise with branches to manage and monitor non – performing loans.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be have at least 1 – 5 years experience in the aspect of Loan recovery.
- Masters, Microfinance Certification is an added advantage.
- Ability to use bankone core banking software is an advantage.
- The ideal candidate must be organized, result oriented with strong negotiation skills & high level of integrity.
Job Title: Head Credit
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Evaluating and reviewing of client’s credit proposal for approval or rejection based on credibility, potential revenue and losses to maintain a good balance between returns and risk exposures.
- Preparation of Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM) for Management and Board consideration and Approval
- Conducting credit search from an approved Credit Bureau for facilities .
- Booking of loans in line with approved terms and conditions.
- Proper documentation and updating of the loan files.
- Follow up and monitoring of disbursed loans to ensure timely repayment.
- Recovery of delinquent loans and advances.
- New products development and review of existing ones.
- Develop, review and update the bank’s credit policies.
- Organize in house training for the staff
- Render timely report to regulatory bodies (CBN, NDIC, e.t.c) when required
- Preparing weekly and monthly Portfolio AT Risk (PAR) with a summary of loan loss provision
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
- Masters, Microfinance Certification is an added advantage.
- Ability to use bankone core banking software is an advantage.
- Ideal candidate should be goal oriented, smart, intelligent, creative and hardworking.
Job Title: Team Lead, Liability Generation
Location: Lagos
Key tasks
- To boost the deposit mobilization arm of the bank
- Develop and implement a business plan for identified target market.
- Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors
- Build new relationships with existing customers and new customers
- Advice client of deposit status
- Innovate and develop attractive value added deposit products.
- Innovate and improve ways of rewarding depositors in terms of interest earning on ordinary deposits, and fixed deposits.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Finance, Accounting.
- 2 – 5 years experience in Similar Environment.
- Professional qualifications is an added advantage.
- Ideal candidate must be target & result oriented , mentally agile, innovative, accurate & detailed oriented with great communication skills.
