Job Title: Digital Marketer

Job Summary
- Are you a vibrant and innovative digital marketer who thrives working independently? We want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and across all brands.
Job Descriptions
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns for the company’s brand.
- Design, build and maintain the social media presence of the company’s brand.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and other internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Actively convert campaigns to sales.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Job Requirements
- Minimum educational level of B.Sc. / HND in Marketing or related field
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a HR and Administrative officer
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Experience in Partner Management is an added advantage
- Ability to measure the success of all digital campaigns
- Understanding of graphics design principles is an added advantage.
Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for a graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
Job Descriptions
- Study design briefs, determine requirements and create visual designs.
- Schedule projects / graphics for all company brands.
- Conceptualise visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to business development teams.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with internal teams and brand managers to produce final design.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Arts, Design or related field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Creative Designer
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- A working knowledge of website management.
