Job Title: B2B Sales Specialist (Hygiene and Chemical Products)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • Build a sales plan with clear accountabilities and define roadmap to achieve sales budget.
  • Ensure B2B sales process to generating huge sales by finding prospective buyers for the company’s products
  • Sales and marketing of Decorative Paints, Hygiene, chemicals and Cleaning Products such as; Soaps, Detergents etc.
  • Follow up on prospective clients to meeting up with sales targets.
  • Make regular customer visit for sales development and facilitate customers for various projects and probabilities to boost sales.
  • Ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise.
  • Prepare Sales projections for coming financial year by customer wise, product wise.
  • Develop cordial customer relationship at multiple levels to ensure timely feedback and market information access.
  • Manages to effective communication by setting individual targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years B2B Marketing Experience in the sales of Hygiene, Chemical and Cleaning Products.
  • Professional Certification is an added advantage.

 

Job Title: Sales Manager (Baking Equipment)

Location: Lagos

Job Duties / Responsibilities

  • Seek out new sales opportunities and clients, and follow up on clients’ requests.
  • Candidates would be solely responsible in executing projects from start to finish.
  • Liaise with prospective clients, negotiate and close deals on behalf of the company.
  • Continually assess company marketing techniques and their efficacy in raising sales.
  • Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.
  • Deepen client relationships and partnerships that will add value to the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years cognate experience in sales/marketing of baking equipment’s.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • In-depth knowledge in planning and implementing sales/marketing strategies
  • Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

Salary Range

  • N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.

 

Job Title: Sales Specialist (Real Estate Manager)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement real estate business & marketing action plan.
  • Initiate, coordinate and close property sales/leases on behalf of the company
  • Identify potential clients (Corporate Organizations such as Banks, Private Companies etc.)
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Oversee full occupancy of the creative workspaces, facilities and enterprise office spaces
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships to further develop opportunities for creative spaces and business enterprise
  • Initiate, process and manage real estate investment portfolios
  • Selling ongoing and off-plan developments and campaign for new business opportunities
  • Develop online presence to pitch sales in the given target market.
  • Building excellent client relationships
  • Negotiating offers and seeing transactions through to completion.
  • Providing inputs, creative solutions and ideas to the management team on properties offerings

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Good Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related courses.
  • Experience working with a real estate developer, estate agency or mortgage bank is essential.
  • Minimum of 10 years proven strong sales experience including negotiation, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent networking experience with key stakeholders and able to provide the highest levels of customer service
  • Knowledge of the property market, current and future market trends and a good awareness of the issues facing buyers.
