Job Title: Head, ICT

Location: Ekiti

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update documentation of network design
  • Plan and configure network security within the banking network
  • Manage IP-routing and network capacity Install and manage data center racking, cabling, power, network devices, coordinate the team of networking Infrastructure.
  • Manage schedules and workloads of team members.
  • Oversee a team of specialists while providing support at the second level.
  • Compile reports to track customer satisfaction, personnel performance and adherence to established service-level targets.
  • Implementation of the network architecture strategy and management Plan, deploy, configure and maintain router and switches, administrative responsibility for the entire networking infrastructure
  • Plan detailed concept of LAN / VLAN / WAN for all bank locations via connection to ISP Design a network concept and create lifecycle plan for network devices Backup and setup of network configurations
  • Proactive analysis of logging data to help to prevent system down time – communicate system or network events, troubleshoots problems and ensure uptime of network devices
  • Patch management for network devices

Qualification & Experiences

  • Problem-solving, analytical and process-oriented.
  • Disciplined approach towards daily operations and documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally in English.
  • Ability to take responsibility, work on own initiative.
  • Willingness to travel to bank branches throughout the country for installation and administration of server.
  • Must be resident or ready to relocate to Ekiti State
  • B.Sc. or HND in Information Technology or Business Information Technology or comparable qualification.
  • Cognate Networking Certification(s) will be an added advantage.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in an operational IT role as a network administrator
  • Evidence of sound experience and in-depth knowledge in: Network administration (up-to-date Cisco router hardware, operation system IOS, network connections), patch management, scripting, access control lists Cyber roam deployment Configuration of firewall, TCP / IP, DNS and DHCP IT security tools and methods of as VPN and SSH Backup and recovery procedures for routers, switches and firewalls.

Desired Experience and Knowledge:

  • Evidence of: Openness to learning new technologies and methodologies

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Ekiti

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate order.
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical and administrative staff
  • Any other duties as assigned
  • An Executive Assistant supports executives and assists them by performing a variety of administrative tasks to aid their managerial responsibilities without worrying about tasks.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange meetings, appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

Qualification & Experiences

  • Proven working experience as an executive assistant is relevant but not necessary.

Job Title: Head, Credit & Risk Management

Location: Ekiti

Job Responsibilities

  • Minimize bad debt risk and maximize accounts receivable collections.
  • Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns
  • Provide administrative and risk governance support for the Risk Committee of the Board and the Board Credit Committee risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business.
  • Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the bank such as costs, legal requirements etc.
  • Risk reporting to the board of directors so they understand the most significant risks, to business heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual risks.
  • Corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders.
  • Carrying out processes such as purchasing insurance, implementing health and safety measures and making business continuity plans to limit risks and prepare for if things go wrong.
  • Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors.
  • Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
  • Working in conjunction with the bank’s Credit Risk Appetite to develop and manage key performance drivers to retain portfolios within agreed portfolio appetite levels.
  • Facilitating understanding of the risk profile of the portfolios at the various board levels and propose strategies for managing identified risks.
  • Deep and extensive understanding of all relevant Bank products.
  • Creative / innovative approach to solving complex problems of both a strategic and technical nature.
  • Review all internal and external audit reports and arrange to address key issues / comments raised in these reports in coordination with various business units.
  • Ensure compliance with Credit Policies, Procedures as well as relevant Banking Legislation, requirements and protocol.
  • Developing and spreading a credit culture throughout business units with ongoing counselling and advising on various matters to overcome them with amicable solutions.
  • Monitor changes in trend of the portfolio, by making periodical comparison, analyze reasons for the changes and give a detailed presentation to the Senior Management / Board of Directors. Compare liquidity, profitability, and credit histories of individual or company being evaluated with similar establishments to determine risk.

Qualification & Experiences

  • Must be resident or ready to relocate to Ekiti State
  • HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc / MBA is a plus.
  • ICAN and ACCA qualification are relevant but not necessary.
  • Evidence of completion / exemption of / from NYSC
  • MCP certification is mandatory.
  • Risk management experience, including knowledge of risk management governance and control
  • 3+ years relevant experience in the credit department of a financial institution
  • Risk management experience and / or accreditation
  • Project management experience, planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organisation.
