Job Title: Food Science Technologist

Summary

  • To be involved mainly in planning products recipes and managing their production on a large scale.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with other department for improvement on operation process to ensure product safety and quality.
  • Ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standards are met.
  • Monitoring the use of additives.
  • Testing and examining samples.
  • Liaising with markets to ensure product standard conformity at all times.
  • Reporting to management from time to time.
  • Carrying out other duties as assigned by management periodically.
  • Following and establishing quality control procedures, policies and standards to ensure good quality product and materials necessary to meet customer expectations
  • Generating new product ideas and recipes
  • Modifying and improving existing recipes.
  • Responsible for physical & chemical testing of finished products.
  • Responsible for product quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Food Science Technology degree (B. Sc., M. Sc.) or equivalent from a well-recognized University.
  • A member of professional certification will be an added advantage.
  • At least 10 years manufacturing experience mainly in BREAD and STUFFED ROLLS.
  • Preferred knowledge of GMP, HACCP and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Sound administration skills, well-development management skills to lead employees.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
  • Results oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.

Job Title: Electro Mechanical Engineer

Summary

  • To be involved mainly in designing, developing and maintaining broad range of electrical/electronic and mechanical systems or components by focusing on safety, economy, reliability, sustainability and quality.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Keeping equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures.
  • Modifying design to correct operating deficiencies and/or reduce production issues.
  • Researching correct solutions and estimate timescale and costs.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Carrying out other duties that may be assigned to you by management from time to time
  • Handling the maintenance of all installed electrical/electronic and mechanical components in the plant.
  • Examining, preparing and verifying technical drawings and specifications of all installed electrical and mechanical systems, to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards.
  • Electrical and mechanical panel designing, assembly and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Competent in PLC programming, HMI, automation and drive configuration, modelling and drawing using 3D CAD tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings and wire lists.
  • Sound administration skills, well-development management skills to lead employees.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
  • Engineering degree (B. Engr., M. Engr.) or equivalent from a well-recognized University
  • A member of engineering professional certification will be an added advantage.
  • At least 10 years related engineering experience with specific experience in food processing plants.
  • Brilliant understanding of electrical, electronic and mechanical system.
  • Preferred knowledge of ISO standards and documentation.

Job Title: Production Manager (Automated Baked Goods Factory)

Location: Nationwide

Summary

  • To be involved mainly in production planning and implementation of toast bread and stuffed rolls on a large scale.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Meeting with management production order from time to time.
  • Setting production objectives and implementing action plans for achieving set targets.
  • Preparing periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities.
  • Create work shifts to ensure round-the-clock food production operations as required by management.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products.
  • Ensuring products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions.
  • Carrying out surveys to identify customer requirements and adjust to meet such needs.
  • Ensuring all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to.
  • Carrying out other duties that may be assigned to you by management periodically.
  • Conducting studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production processes.
  • Overseeing the hiring and training food production personnel.
  • Ensuring manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety
  • Monitoring every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
  • Liaising with the Maintenance Manager from time to time to ensure the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations
  • Developing and promoting new food products to boost sales and increase generated returns
  • Allotting work tasks to company staff according to their specialization and history.

Requirements

  • Food Science/Micro Biology degree (B. Sc., M. Sc. /MBA) or equivalent from a well-recognized University.
  • A member of professional certification will be an added advantage.
  • At least 10 years food manufacturing experience mainly in toast BREAD and STUFFED ROLLS.
  • Preferred knowledge of CGMP and documentation.
