Job Description

• Oversee daily production targets
• Increasing staff productivity and motivation.
• Generating daily reports on production activities.
• Allocating budget resources and managing operational cost to achieve set budgeted production.
• Coordinate the development of key performance indicators for functions of direct reports.
• Provide direct management of key functional managers.
