Job Title: Utilities Operator
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- Operation of Utility machines.
- To maintain daily checklists and log books of all the utilities machines.
- To attend to complaints related to utility.
- To maintain housekeeping and safety of concerned system.
Requirements
Diploma / ITI in fitter trade from ITI / NCVT or equivalent institute/ as per Nigeria Norms.
He should have 6-8-year experience in operation of following equipment’s:
- Thermic Fluid Heater (Minimum Capacity 3MKcal)
- Air compressors (Minimum Capacity 400 CFM)
- Water Treatment Plants. (Minimum 40M3/ hr.)
- Chillers, (400TR York Centrifugal Chillers)
- Cooling Towers (Gear Box Cooling Towers)
- HVAC System (AHU, FCU and etc.)
- Fire Hydrant System (Big industrial Fire hydrant system)
- Vapour Absorption Chillers. (600 TR direct fire VAM)
- Condenser and Chilled Water Pumping System. (Centrifugal Pumps)
Job Title: DG Operator
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- Operation of Gas Gensets and Diesel engine its accessories.
- To maintain daily checklists and log books of Concerned machines.
- To maintain housekeeping and safety of concerned machines.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI (in fitter trade) NCVT or equivalent institute or as per Nigeria Norms.
- He should have Minimum 7-year experience to operate 5 mw Gas Gensets.
Job Title: Electrician
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- To ensure smooth Operation and Maintenance of Powerhouse, Utilities and other Electrical Machinery.
- Operation and maintenance of electrical equipment’s in power plant and utilities.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and maintain the record.
- Maintain daily log book.
- To maintain housekeeping and safety of electrical system.
Requirements
Diploma / ITI (NCVT) or equivalent institute. He should have minimum of 7 years’ industrial experience in electrical trade having good knowledge of following equipment’s:
- HT and LT System.
- Synchronization at LT and HT
- Battery and Battery charger of 110volt.
- DG SCADA System
- DOL/Star Delta Starters for Motors.
- Soft starters/ Drives.
- Transformers at 11KV level
- Panels: – TTA/PTA with electronic relays and Compact Bus du
Job Title: Slitting Operator
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- Responsible for operating the slitting machine as per the specification received.
- Machine treatment check
- Slitting operations
- Housekeeping
Requirements
- ITI
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Job Title: Shift Incharge Power Plant
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- To Ensure Smooth Power Supply of Power house.
- Operation of Power houses and its accessories.
- Spare management during shift operation.
- Maintain all the log books.
- Environment Health Safety
Requirements
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineer from reputed institution or as per Nigeria norms
- Having 8-12-year experience on minimum 5 MW Gas Engine.
Job Title: Winder Operator
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- Responsible for the execution of the production functions specific to the Winder operations and carrying out the related inspection activities.
