Job Description
- Implementing, supporting and maintaining robust procedures that ensure the effective operation and availability of corporate systems.
- Building computers in accordance with the authorized standard images and installing approved software.
- Experience of using help desk system to monitor and manage calls into the business as well as monitor tasks
- Completing internal user desk moves.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Analyzing and supporting corporate systems (servers, computers, network, active directory etc.), performing checks, updates, and backups.
Qualifications
- OND
- 1 – 2 years experience.
- Opening is strictly for OND Holders
