Job Description

• Responsible for client relation and customer service management
• E-marketing and content development using various social media platforms
• Liaising with clients by telephone, email and other written correspondence

Qualifications/Skills

• Excellent organization and time management skills
• This role is only applicable to female Corpers currently serving or posted to serve in Abuja Nigeria.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software packages – essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent marketing skills
• Proficient in the use of social media
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must have a professional attitude
