Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Lagos
Job Description
The dispatch rider will be responsible for outdoor and indoor delivery, sending & collecting of official documents, materials, packages and bulky items as needed.
Responsibilities
- Organize item orders by editing for price and weight compliance
- Arrange deliveries by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipate delivery requirement, placing and expediting orders.
- Deliver items by examining items, destination, route, rate and delivery time.
- Verify items delivered by submitting acknowledgement copies; note discrepancies.
- Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date, method, status and responding to enquiries as it relates to delivery
Qualifications Education & Experience
- A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate.(SSCE)
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position.
- Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
Skills Required:
- Ability to communicate, read and write.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Polite and able to get along with people.
Job Title: Plumber
Location: Lagos
Job Duties
- Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
- Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
- Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
- Assemble fittings and valves for installation
- Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building.
- Install heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipe-fitters, and steamfitters in installing and repairing plumbing
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
- Analyse problem and identify appropriate tools and materials for repair
- Follow health and safety standards and complies with building codes
- Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts
