Job Description

  • A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Job Title: Business Development Strategist

Location: Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

  • Implement business relationships and partnerships through direct meetings with customers and industry personnel.
  • Work with the internal departments and external partners to execute business plans and strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients for new opportunities.
  • Follow up with clients and industry stake holders on Submitted Bids & Quotes and facilitate the issuance of Purchase Orders & Contracts
  • Sourcing for opportunities in RFQ, ITT, Selective bidding processes that the company can participate.
  • Participate in seminars and professional meetings to represent the company.
  • Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to penetrate and get new accounts and feasibility reports supporting growth based on intelligence.
  • Assist in the formulation, execution and monitoring of company’s business development, market penetration strategies and plans for enhancing business growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of bids/proposals.
  • Source for Technical partners and maintain relationships with existing technical Partners.
  • Be involved in the development of yearly business plans & Budget

Job Title: Bids and Procurement Executive

Job Description

  • Timely management of tender activities; preparation, collation and submission of Fit-for-purpose bids using company templates.
  • Responsible for all procurement processes (Sourcing, ordering, Sorting and delivery).
  • Preparation, review and submission of quotes and proposals to clients.
  • Sourcing for opportunities in RFQ, ITT, Selective bidding processes that the company can participate.
  • Preparation of presentations and tenders.
  • Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in line with industry and company requirements.
  • Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, as well as participate in post contract award processes.
