We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

  • Manage purchase order issuance for import related direct, indirect, spares and machineries to cover all import requirements in line with the company purchasing guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain, review quotes and prepare price comparison
  • Documentation and creation of import purchase orders timely and vendor creation for all Foreign suppliers
  • Assist the technical buyer and procurement manager on planning and material import processes
  • Execute, document and follow up imported spares and machinery jobs orders
  • Prepare purchase reports of stakeholders for decision making and maintain database for suppliers

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Business Administration or any of Social Sciences or Management
  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in procurement in a manufacturing environment

Job Title: Printing Supervisor

Location: Ogun

Job Description

  • To ensure printing, coating processes and procedures are carried out according to the plan, acceptable standard and to the systems in place
  • Ensure printing processes/activities are carried out in accordance to the plan
  • Ensure defective printed sheets are not passed to the next stage of production
  • Ensure all operators are at their machines with their necessary PPEs
  • Inform technicians of any fault on the machine without delay
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is maintained in Lithographic department

Qualifications & Experience

  • WASSCE O’Level or OND in Printing Technology Five years of related experience

Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Ogun

Job Purpose

  • To initiate materials budget, source for all local raw materials for production; ensure effective warehousing and distribution of finished goods, plan and execute all local purchases and follow up on overseas orders

Responsibilities

  • Monitor & control administration and sourcing of raw-materials and engineering materialsKeep abreast of market prices so as to maintain accurate price intelligence necessary for arriving at proper timing of material purchases
  • Timely deliveries, rectification of discrepancies and keeping adequately informationMaterials and finished goods haulage to different locations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration or any of Social Science courses
  • Must have a minimum of 7-8 years’ related experience.

Job Title: Import Documentation Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

  • Execute import logistics documentation activities for our operation and ensure 100% compliance with shipping documentations and regulations to aid on-time delivery of materials to all our Plant.

Responsibilities

  • Process and examine required shipping documents as per rules and regulations in line with CBN Guidelines
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors to ensure submission of correct pro-forma Invoice suitable for establishing form M and LC in line with import guidelines and regulationsEnsure that draft copies of documents are in line with established approved purchasing order
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure shipping documents are sent to the bank and be returned and minimum of 21 days container free days applied; follow up with vendors and freight forwarders for all shipments and provide real-time update
  • Day to day coordination with finance department and banks to ensure there are no delays in processing Pre-Arrival Assessment Report (PAARs) for custom duty payment, Form M and LC
  • Collection and submission of Foreign Exchange Control Documents (FECD)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Logistics or Business Administration
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience
