Job Description
- Summarizes current school financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains school accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Provides financial information to school management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents school financial transactions by entering account information.
Requirements
- Ability to withstand pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of B.Ed / BSc / HND in a notable discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of job Experience (Teaching, Managerial and Accounting)
Job Title: School Administrator
Location: Edo
Job Description
- Maintains stock lists and orders office/School supplies as needed.
- Interacts with Staff and carries out their requests.
- Creates agendas and takes meeting notes.
- Attend board and Management’s meetings in and out of Edo.
- Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times.
- Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
- Handles expenses and billing cycles.
- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary.
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents.
Requirements
- Ability to withstand pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of B.Ed / BSc / HND in a notable discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of job Experience (Teaching, Managerial and Accounting)
