Job Summary
- In charge of Customer Service Agent in an e-commerce business operation setting.
Job Description
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Experience
- One to two years in customer service and customer-facing roles.
Competencies and Skills:
- Excellent computer skills with detailed proficiency in Microsoft office package.
- Basic knowledge about eCommerce
- Adaptive design eye and skill
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary
N50,000 to N60,000 monthly.
Job Title: Stock Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- In charge of Inventory Management in an E-commerce business operation setting.
Job Description
- Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
- Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures

- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory

- Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met

Experience
- Suitable candidate should have at least 2 years working experience in stock keep and stock manage.
Competencies and Skills:
- Excellent use of Microsoft Word Excel and other stock keeping tools.
- Ability to pay effective attention to details.
- Work independently with little or no supervision.
Salary
N50,000 to N60,000 monthly.
Job Title: Creative Designer & Video Editor
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
In charge of Branding and Creative Design and Video Editing in an E-commerce business operation setting.
Job Description
- Shoot images and Videos
- Edit videos with adobe CS and other relevant editing tools
- Photoshop image editing
- Proficiency in Adobe systems such as Photoshop and Power Point
- Branding and Creative design
- Plans concept by studying information and materials.
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Using graphic design video editing and other relevant software.
Requirements
Experience:
- Must know content writing, content editing (3+ years desired) Must be detail oriented
- Must be excellent with language and writing Should be a Grammar Nazi and able to spot typos in seconds.
Competencies and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline
- Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design
- 2 years minimum in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
- Basic knowledge about eCommerce
- Adaptive design eye and skill
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary
Salary N50,000 – N100,000 monthly
