Pizza Hut is a subsidiary of Skyline Group of Companies Limited. The Pizza Hut story begins in May 1958. Dan and Frank Carney opened their 550-squarefoot pizza restaurant in Wichita, Kansas. Dan and Frank, with friends Richard Beemer and John Bender, made the pizza themselves. The Carneys created an innovative, high quality, engaging, informal eating experience in a friendly neighborhood restaurant.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Locations: Abuja and Kano

Requirements

  • Must have 4-5 years experience in reputed restaurants / hotels, preferably global brands
  • Has experience managing a team of 10+ people
  • Must be passionate about customer service
  • Possesses the ability to train and coach staff.
  • Must be good with mathematics
  • Ability to analyse report and create action plans
  • Has experience making employee weekly schedules.

 

Job Title: Manager – Supply Chain

Locations: Abuja and Kano

Requirements

  • Has minimum of 8-10 years experience in Supply Chain Management in Nigeria / West Africa, in a reputable organisation
  • Must have experience handling capital goods and perishable products
  • Ability to manage 30-50 vendors and over 350 SKUs.
  • Experience in managing imports, freight, warehousing and logistics.
  • Knowledge and ability to comply with Nigeria taxes, customs and compliance with law.

 

 

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources & Administration

Locations: Abuja and Kano

Requirements

  • Candidate must have minimum of 2-3 years experience in Human Resources Management and Administration in a reputable organisation
  • Has in-depth understanding of Nigerian culture and sensibilities
  • Must be familiar with Nigerian labour laws and be able to manage compliance
  • Should have the ability to recruit, onboard and train employees on
  • policy and culture
  • Engage with employees and address concerns
  • Responsible for the performance management process in the company.

 

Job Title: Shift Manager

Requirements

  • Must have 2-4 years experience in reputed restaurants / hotels, preferably global brands

  • Ensures team complies with policies and standards
  • Possesses the ability to train and coach staff

Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

Locations:
 Abuja and Kano

Requirements

  • Must have 6-8 years experience in reputed restaurants / hotels, preferably global brands
  • Has experience managing a team of 15+ people
  • Must be passionate about customer service
  • Possesses the ability to train and coach staff.
  • Must have understanding of restaurant sales building.
  • Have understanding of P&L and reporting..
  • Ability to analyse and create reports.
