Job Title: Part Time Flutter Instructor
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- The instructor is responsible for holding multiple training sessions in Victoria Island for 6-10 people with little to no programming experience
- The instructor will also monitor the success and provide 1:1 guidance as needed remotely.
Responsibilities
- Prepare participants for a career in programming by instructing and guiding participants through the sessions.
- Gather and report on participants metrics
- Participate in occasional projects remotely
- Follow up with participants remotely to provide mentorship or assistance.
Requirements
- 2-3 Years of Professional Mobile Dev Experience (Flutter)
- Passionate about learning and helping others
- Highly motivated with leadership skills to guide and lead participants
- Teaching, Mentorship and Coaching experience is a plus
Job Title: Tech Recruiter
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- We are looking for a deadline-focused Technical Recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions
- The Technical Recruiter’s responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from communicating with hiring managers to writing job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates
- You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Requirements
- Match profile with requirements from vendors
- Should understand IT basics, terminologies and jargons(Training available)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Be able to manage client / vendor relationships
- Understand some legal documentations – NDAs / NCAs, employment agreement etc…
- Social media / marketing capabilitiesWill be responsible for creating online job postings as needed.
- Be able to manage bench consultants.
Compensation
Base pay + Recurring commission for up to six months per candidate based on quality of experience and profitability
