We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: UI / UX Designer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Create compelling designs and structured layouts across a diverse range of touch points that are both optimised for performance and user experience.
- Working with and providing guidance to the Web Design, Production and Development teams
- Designing all aspects and scenarios of the customer journey from the core journey to specific edge cases and error messaging
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
