Job Title: Drivers Admin Manager
- Prepare a yearly budget for management approval and prudently manage resources within those budget guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate governance guidelines.
- Provision of weekly driver report(s).
- Track Drivers Performance.
- Organize monthly drivers meeting.
- Drive the execution of the Drivers Administration strategy across the team.
- Provision of highly skilled pool of drivers for operational activities.
Requirement / Qualification
- Minimum of a B.Sc certification.
- Minimum 7 years post NYSC experience with 3-4 years in a Managerial position.
