Job Title: Program Coordinator

Location: VI, Lagos

Job Summary

  • A Program Coordinator and Social media expert is an administrative professional specialized in managing, coordinating, monitoring and overseeing online and offline programs, meetings and projects.
  • The individual is also responsible for gradually achieving superior customer engagement and website traffic by strategically using all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

Requirements
The perfect candidate for this role will possess the following characteristics;

  • Minimum of 2-4 years relevant Program coordination and social media management work experience
  • Expert knowledge of online meeting platforms especially Zoom
  • Responsible for general program experience/ambience for all meetings and events
  • Coordinates both offline and online meetings, programs and events
  • Collates, reviews, monitors and analyses all online meetings database
  • Responsible for meeting growth via Social media marketing
  • Manages the service schedules and diary
  • Maintains all online platforms, renews licence and ensures they run smoothly
  • Welcomes and Follows up with New Attendees from online and offline meetings
  • Collates weekly attendance data from every online meeting and inputs the data in the records sheet
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: VI, Lagos

Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Front Desk, Customer Service and Admin Executive. The perfect candidate for this role will possess the following characteristics;

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Warm and cordial demeanour towards people and a pleasant disposition always.
  • Oversee the activities and functions of the office assistants when necessary.
  • Monitor and manage office halls and surroundings in preparation for all types of events
  • Ensures guest and staff sign in register and sign out when necessary
  • Ensure office facilities e.g. toilets, waiting area etc. are neat and well maintained always
  • Raising requisitions for necessary items when necessary with the accounting department
  • Send email reminders, manage office calendar, and receive office physical correspondence at all times.
  • Attend to office walking guest and guest on appointments and direct to necessary parties
  • Manage the purchase of items necessary for office events
  • Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Minimum of 1-3 years relevant customer service work experience
