Job Title: Intern (System Analyst / Developer)

Location: Lagos
Duration: One Year

Job Descriptions

  • As an intern (System Analyst / Developer) you’ll be exposed to and work across the full development lifecycle of products at idea level and live systems.
  • You’ll also be tackling technical challenges around website and social media management and adding other services such as content, graphics, newsletters, etc. You will be required to support, extend and deploy proprietary .net framework software products.

Requirements

  • Strong .Net development skills – C#, ASP.Net MVC
  • Knowledge of WordPress and php in addition will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of SQL / MySQL
  • Experience of working on web-based systems
  • Proactive with a keen desire to take ownership of projects
  • Collaborative with great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and demonstration skill
  • First degree with at least 2:2 in computer science, engineering or any pure sciences

 

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Are you personable, great at building relationships and selling like a modern-day influencer? As a member of our business development team you will be helping in achieving the business’ revenue goals and initiatives.

Role

  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Managing Director to achieve revenue goals.
  • Pursue the revenue targets while coordinating the sales team.
  • Analyse the sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
  • Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Pitch to prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
  • Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Understand technology solutions, and how to talk about it – even to those that aren’t technology minded!
  • Have an autonomous, self-motivated and proactive mind set
  • Have an affinity to work towards targets and KPIs
  • Be a great communicator, whether it’s online, over the phone or via email
  • Be courteous at all times, a great listener and a team player
  • Not more than 26 years of age
  • Must have first degree in any business or science discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the GRC or Security or Technology industry.

 

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Are you personable, great at building relationships and selling like a modern-day influencer? As a member of our sales team you will be helping in achieving the business’ sales targets and initiatives.

Role

  • Building pipeline and closing deals
  • Fact-finding and generating your own high-quality new leads
  • Communicating our value proposition to leads to turn them into prospective customers
  • Outbound calls and emails to prospective customers, forming a genuine relationship and maintaining this through their onboarding period
  • Arranging appointments with prospective customers for the Business Development team
  • Helping to develop markets for products and services

Requirements

  • Understand technology solutions, and how to talk about it – even to those that aren’t technology minded!
