Job Title: Intern (Supply Chain)

Location: Lagos

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring all regulatory documents (Product certificate, Soncap, Bill of Lading, Nafdac) are received, managed and filed for full compliance with Nigerian Customs requirement for importation
  • Assist in the processing shipping documentation (Form M, PAAR, etc)
  • Assist in ensuring all regulatory and shipping document required for importation are proactively processed on a timely manner to ensure goods are cleared within the shortest possible time without incurring demurrage
  • Assist in Monitoring shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and in the event of problems trace shipments and follow up undelivered goods.
  • Assist in Overseeing the study of sales records and inventory levels of current stock to develop strategic purchasing programs that facilitate customers access to supplies.

Job Title: Driver

Location: Lagos

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
  • Pick up clients from the place and at the time theyТve requested
  • Collect payments and issue receipts
  • Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
  • Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
  • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
  • Answer clients questions about the area and local places of interest
  • Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
  • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems for the company
  • Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
  • Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
  • Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment

  • Welcoming customers, seating them, serving them water or refilling their glasses, and delivering beverages from the bartender.

  • Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Quantity Surveyor Dimension:

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and labour involved;
  • Preparation of cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising with architects, engineers and subcontractors;
  • Preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
  • Evaluation of tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiation with the contractors;
  • Control of all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.
  • Monitoring and tracking of project progress and the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.
  • Carrying out monthly valuations of work in progress, including the forecasting of final costs and sales;
