Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • Our client is in need of a female business development officer who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase company sales and profits.

 

Minimum Qualification

  • B.Sc in a relevant field from a recognized university.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in real estate or finance industry
  • Possess industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Not more than 35years of age as at December 2020.
  • Ability to close deals and lead the team
  • Proven Relationship Management skills
  • Proven Sales, Negotiation & Influencing skills
  • Leadership Skill.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase company sales and profits.
  • Coordinate the business development and marketing activities of the company
  • Represent the interest of the company in business transactions.
  • Generate mortgage businesses on behalf of the company.
  • Establish new businesses that will grow the company.
  • To facilitate sales of properties.
  • To supervise, train subordinates to effectively work as a team in order to get tasks done for the sole purpose of achieving general goals.
  • Render all required reports to Supervisor
  • Render advisory services on mortgage-related businesses.
  • Other activities, as may be required by the company.
