Job Title: Client Service Officer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- MUST be able to speak and write in English excellently
- Should have sound interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Should have an OND / HND
- Should be preferably male
- Must be computer savvy
- Must have completed NYSC
- Should be solution-oriented to fulfilling duties.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients and convert them to company clients
- Give advice to clients on their application processes, and manage customer relationship expertly
- File and processing clients’ documents
- Liaise with clients, 3rd parties and college/university representatives to facilitate client’s documentations
- Ensure all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct while preparing and checking all legal documents
- Maintain strong working relationship with clients and colleagues
- Oversee the completion of all relevant visa application documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the company, colleges/institution, and authorities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
