Job Title: Head of Product Development and Innovation
Location: Lagos
Requirements
Successful Candidate Must:
- Have Experience in Product development in Technology and Tech-Enabled Industries
- Understand Enterprise Sofware Product Lifecycles
- Research and analyze market conditions
- Define the long term strategy of the product and create a product road map
- Understands Enterprise Technology and the pace of digital transformation in enterprise organizations.
- Be proficient in relevant software applications
- Must have a clear understanding of B2B Business environments.
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Up to 10 years post-university experience some of which must be in software development or product management role.
Responsibilities
- Developing New Enterprise Tech products
- Innovating on Existing products
- Developing Product Go to market
- Product Launces
- Identifying opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
