Requirements
- The suitable candidate will be qualified at postgraduate level
- Strong competencies in Performance Management and other critical HR Functions in a large Organisation.
- She /he will be aged 40-48 and have not less than Fifteen years’ experience, the last five in a senior management role
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Appreciable experience at the policy and strategic level
- Strong leadership skills
