Job Title: Data Communication Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Do designing work for Data Communication products (Router, Lan-switch, network security system)
- Implementation of acceptance test for product and technical solution
- Project implementation and technical supervision of subcontractors or service partners
- Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to our customers independently or jointly with a technical support team
- Provide training to customers, subcontractors or service partners
- Pre-sales support for testing, bidding or holding workshops
Job Requirements
- University degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering or relevant experience
- Over 6 years of successful work experience in data communication network project delivery or network maintenance.
- Familiar with HVPN / Seamless IPRAN solution and have the ability to do troubleshooting for complex problems.
- Familiar with datacom related technologies such as MPLS L3VPN / L2VPN, IGP / BGP/Qos;
- Experience in actual project delivery, customer technology communication, and certifications such as CCIE /HCIE is preferred.
- Strong communication ability, good customer service awareness and network security awareness.
- Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, can be used as a working
Job Title: Optical Network Delivery Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Familiar with MPLS-TP transmission principle, able to provision/trouble-shooting VPLS/PWE3 service.
- Familiar with Optical Architecture, and Protocols.
- Can get the order and with the ability to control and follow up with configuration/troubleshooting with on-site engineers.
- Able to do the network trouble shooting independently.
- Assist on correct procedures in following up issues, reason for the fault occurrences and their prevention mechanism.
- Good Telecommunication knowledge with emphases on Huawei Transmission Network, especially for DWDM&SDH ASON.
- Assist on optical network technical interface.
- Technical issue trace.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Telecom or equivalent degree
- Experience in DWDM/SDH Network, – this should include strong experience with Huawei
- At least working on OTN/SDH in the past 2 years, such optical network cut-over, data configuration /commissioning/ troubleshooting and optimization.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team.
- Strong membership, and experience with a variety of telecom projects.
- Familiar with MPLS-TP transmission principle, able to provision/trouble-shooting VPLS/PWE3 service
- Familiar with Optical Architecture, and Protocols.
- Can get the order and with the ability to control and follow up with configuration/troubleshooting with on-site engineers.

Job Title: Fiber Delivery Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships and key milestones for Infrastructure on-time delivery
- Manager fibre acceptance for performance characteristics, including Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer analysis
- Drive metric driven quarterly business vendor reviews
- Report on key metrics for Infrastructure products: On-time performance, Vendor performance, Financial monthly and yearly activated services
- Collaborate with sourcing team on vendor relationships and key contract requirements including fibre planning
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to synchronize fiber deployment schedule with and fibre acceptance
- Work with data located in different systems, correlate data and build data to be used across different tools/systems
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in network deployment fibre infrastructure projects
- Experience in terrestrial fibre network design and technology, ideally in long haul networks
- Certification or a proven track record in project management techniques and tools (e.g. PMP)
- Experience with engaging vendors on aspects of network design, planning and construction.
- Vendor management experience
- Experience in relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team
- Handle data with different tools to be able to create correlations and be able to clean data sources
