Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

The Position

  • The ideal candidate will work with our Product, Underwriting, Sales, Clinic and Technology teams, to develop, manage, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns to drive the overall customer growth in line with our strategy and financial goals.
  • In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your main goal is to help grow our customer pipeline while also increasing brand loyalty, awareness and influence for Reliance Health.
  • Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. You will have responsibility for the growth of our retail insurance product while driving leads for our corporate insurance products and our physical clinic locations.  In addition to technical expertise, you will bring creativity to all growth strategies developed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  • Develop and allocate monthly budget to various digital marketing expenses based on their income-generating potential
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Must Haves

  • At least 3 years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing. B2B, B2C, and startup experience preferred
  • Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CTR cost models
  • Thorough understanding of various online marketing funnels
  • Experience managing organic acquisition, including SEO and CRO
  • Very data driven with exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • A demonstration of curiosity, love for learning, creativity, execution and speed
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think outside the box.

Job Title: Graphics & Video Artist

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

The Position

  • The ideal candidate will work in the Growth Team of RelianceHMO creating visual assets and materials to maintain and develop the company’s brand.
  • You will create high quality visual work, expressing our identity in diverse ways while staying consistent with the persona of the brand. Needed is a deep understanding of simple design/video principles and ability to come up with creative and effective visual solutions.
  • You are also a team player able to work across different stakeholders, communicate expectations openly and clearly, and welcome constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all graphics design and visual storytelling projects of the organization, across both digital and offline media.
  • Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
  • Design all graphic media files for the company, including advertisements, social media images, printed materials, signage etc.
  • Gather content for designs, including written content and images.
  • Create visual stories using photography and video creation and editing tools.
  • Ensure that all designs and visual materials are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Think and execute interesting ideas outside the box.
  • Work collaboratively to push the agenda of the Growth Team and the organization as a whole.

Must Haves

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic designing and visual story creation; freelance or professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Design Software packages (Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierPro, etc) and other creative suite tools.
  • Strong sense of creativity and personal expression.
  • Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and direction.

Job Title: Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture,
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
  • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS Сbig data technologies.
  • Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
  • Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
  • Keep our data separated and secure across national boundaries through multiple data centers and AWS regions.
  • Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
  • Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.

Must Haves

  • Experience building and optimizing big data data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
  • A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
  • Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable big data data stores.
