Job Title: Head – Drilling & Completion

Location: Nigeria

Description and Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of Operational and Technical Practices in an E & P company.
  • He is expected to have an in-depth knowledge of offshore and swamp drilling and completion operations.
  • The candidate must be able to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, work in a team environment, and be able to effectively communicate within and outside the company.
  • He must have worked In a managerial position for at least 10 years in a reputable E &P company and overall E & P experience of not less than 20 years.

Qualifications and Key Accountabilities

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in a core engineering discipline.
  • A Master’s degree or its equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate and optimally manage the overall implementation of company’s drilling and well completion operations, ensuring design and well activities are optimized, understood, planned, resourced and managed within agreed times and budgets
  • Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot major drilling and completion challenges
  • Coordinate the preparation of drilling, testing/completion programs. including equipment specification and selection, vendors selection as well as flow modelling, and stress analysis, etc for planned jobs
  • Provide forward activities forecast and requirements for continuous activities on the drilling rigs operations.
  • Manage the Company’s HSE policy and procedure for drilling and well completions.
  • Review cost estimates and controls for drilling and completion activities
  • Must have experience in field development plans, execution and management.
  • Liaise with project partners, such as geologists and drilling contractors etc. in order to keep up-to-date on all developments that may have an impact on drilling activities.
  • Ensuring that drilling and well completion operations comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary and multi-tasking team.

  • This position requires a candidate with vast experience in Oil & Gas and or with strong FMG experience in Senior Management, operational, technical and commercial practices.

  • The candidate must have worked in a similar role for at least  10 years at Senior Management / Board level in a reputable company and with overall working experience of not less than 25 years.

Job Title: Senior Manager – Facilities Engineering

Location: Nigeria

Description and Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of facilities’ practices and principles in piping, process and facility engineering.
  • Must also be competent in conceptual design, FEED, and detailed engineering design, including but not limited to the development /review of PFDs & P&lDs, facility revamps, optimization.
  • Debottle necking of Crude Oil Processing Platforms/Flowstation, and Crude Oil Stabilization System.

Qualifications and Key Accountabilities

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant Engineering degrees (Petroleum / Chemical).

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in various aspects of hydrocarbon exploration and production activities in shallow and deep offshore environment with extensive experience in engineering, production operation, workovers completion, stimulation, integrity and field surveillance equipment components of a risk-based integrated network production model
  • He must be able to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, work in a team environment, and be able to effectively communicate within and outside the company.
  • He must have worked in a managerial position for at least 5 years in a reputable E&P company and overall E&P experience of not less than 15 years.

Qualifications and Key Accountabilities

Job Description

  • Candidate for this position is required to have good knowledge of well engineering, drilling and completions to provide support to company’s operations from the initial design to delivery of a wet! to production.

Job Title: Safety and Security Coordinator

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and coordinate all Security and Safety functions within the company
  • Responsible for the formulation and implementation of HSE and Security plans, programs and activities. conduct regular HSE audit, accident and incident investigation and reporting.
  • Oversee all environment-related studies (EIA, EES, PEA) etc.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the location by conducting HSE trainings for employees/contractor personnel and educating workers about site-specific safety measure.
