We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Counsel

Location: Lagos

Job Description
They require a brillant Senior Counsel to handle the following:

• Lead the provision of high level legal advice and analysis in various areas of commercial legal practice.
• Monitor emerging legal developments and key concerns rellating to various areas of legal services.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws that affect client areasmonitor work flow of junior counsels.
• In coordination with partners, take heed in growing the existing business with regard to volume, scope, quality and value of mandates.

Requirement

• First degree in law
• At least 5 years post calltobar relevant experience
• Proven experience as a legal counsel in business envirinment
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
• Demostrated ability to create legal defensive strategies.
• High degree of professionsl ethics and integrity.
