Job Title: Technical Support / SAP Officer
Location: Lagos
Skills & Competencies Required for the Role
- B.SC / HND, M.SC in Computer Science/Engineering or ICT related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Certificate/Training in S.A.P ERP (Systems Application and Product) Business one Module
- Ideal candidate must possess good communication skills
- Excellent Management skills
- Ability to multi- task and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Web development / design (added skills)
- Graphics design skills (added skills)
- Good social media knowledge
Job Responsibilities
- Configure and support Company’s PC in LAN/WAN environment, including installation and configuration of Routers, Switches and cabling.
- Provide first-line support at every official computer users’ desk.
- Analyze, Identify and resolve computer hardware problems.
- Provide expertise advice on computer/communication equipment selection, procurement and installation.
- Provide adequate support for Microsoft Office/windows installation, Email setup on desktop and mobile devices and Internet connections.
- Manage official mobile and internet contracts (i.e Dongles and CUG).
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
