We are recruiting suitable and qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos


  • Bsc. HND or OND in Marketing, Business Administration or any social sciences
  • Good knowledge of marketing in the real estate, banking or insurance industry
  • Should be hardworking, energetic and highly motivated
  • Proactive and willingness to work with less supervision
  • NOTE: Applicant MUST reside within Alimosho and environ.


Job Title: Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Location: Lagos


  • Above average skill in the usage of the following applications: CorelDraw 2017/2018, Premiere Pro, Photoshop CC, Illustrator, InDesign 2018/2019, PowerPoint, Microsoft, Excel among other editing apps.
  • Proven graphic designing/video creation experience, with portfolio of graphics/videos works.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, video editing and web limitations.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and must be able to work methodically to meet deadlines
  • Must be creative with great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • NOTE: Applicant MUST reside within Alimosho and environ.


Job Title: Social Media Manager / Contents Creator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Generate and publish engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Oversee social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Website etc
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, promotions and competitions
  • Perform research on current trends in the real estate industry
  • Monitor web traffic metrics, collaborate with marketing and sales team to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tool, applications among other things.


  • Minimum of HND / BSc degree in Marketing or any relevant field
  • Hands on experience in content management and online marketing
  • Minimum of 1-3 years proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Creative and ability to deliver captivating media contents i.e. images and videos
  • NOTE: Applicants MUST reside within Alimosho and environ.
