A Real Estate Property Development Company is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Executive / Tele-Marketer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Proficient with Tele-marketing and good public relations.
  • Ability to keep books of account and record keeping.
  • Managing office stationery and supplies
  • Liaising with other service providers, including IT as required.
  • Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information.
  • Comfortable working across multiple tasks and reporting into different project working teams and staff members.
  • High degree of personal organisation and self-management.
  • Ability to think proactively and laterally to maximise opportunities to promote the work of the organisation
  • Conversant with Microsoft applications and manage company social media account.
  • Administrative and secretarial support to Principal partner and ensure smooth business operations.
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Maintaining database, filing systems, and update of business documentation on cloud.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • A Degree in any relevant course of study
  • 2-5 years cognitive experience.
  • Young, vibrate smart and eloquent lady
