Job Title: Chief Finance Officer

Job Description
- Competent knowledge of cooperate finance, valuations and accounting;
- Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts;
- Supervise investment and raise funds for business;
- Study, analyzes and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth.
- Nascent industry/ sector knowledge, understands key industry trends, valuation metrics in selected sectors;
- Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions;
Candidate Profile and Competency
- Background in Accountancy, Finance (B.Sc) or any other related field (ACCA CFA);
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in the same capacity;
- Demonstrate commitment to ethical standards and has high level of integrity;
- Experience in capital and fund-raising;
- Leadership, Financial accounting and corporate finance competence;
- Ability to analyze and convert data to actionable plans.
- Strong analytical skills and competence in financial modeling, must be at ease with complex models
- Excellent command of office tools, in particular Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and word;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Shows initiative, and is proactive in all tasks;
