Role Requirements
- HND / B.Eng. in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must be able to show proof of previous work
- Previous site supervision experience is mandatory
- COREN registration will be an advantage.

Job Title: Contracts Officer
Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Role Requirements
- Degree or its equivalent in Quantity Surveying or any related field in the construction industry
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a practicing quantity surveyor, procurement officer, contract officer or in a similar role
- Ability to establish and administer contracts
- Must be conversant with the standard conditions of contracts, JCT, FIDIC
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry and processes is desirable
