Dear Enumerator,

There are 3 steps to migrating to the new ODK server:

1. Update your ODK App – You can do this from Google Play Store

2. Change your URL to https://kc.fmardpace.org

3. Get the new survey form – Select Nigeria Agricultural Asset Survey V2

4. Get your Unique ID from https://fmardpace.ng/

    During my survey when I save lots of survey before I could send my survey out my phone went off. We’re having issues with light so the next day I saw where I can plug my phone trying to send my survey of the previous day . It’s said failed to connect to kc. Fmardpace. Org/51.195.45.229:443. I spend a lot of money to get that farm. Please I need your help. Do allow my effort to be in vain . Please

      Please, the battery of the phone i used during the exercise had been damaged. I need guidline on how to configure ODK on another phone please. You can send it to my gmail

    For almost a period of two weeks I have try to update to kc.fmardpace.org but I have always see error getting blank from. I did not update my odk immediately at the end of July because of sallah break then a clique of mine got a mail from fmard that updating date has been extended to 09/08/2020. I relaxed and continued using the old odk till on the 08/08/2020 when I discovered it not going any longer by then I have enumerated almost 300 farmers. I had to delete in order to download the kc.fmardpace.org and since 08/08/2020 till now I have not been able resolved the issue.
    Can you please kindly help me out as my cliques have worked for two weeks and I am still staying idle having sleepless night trying to update.
    Looking up to you for an urgent response

    I equally having difficulty in updating to the kc.fmardpace.org.
    Each time I tried it shows error. I got issues with my phone in August last month, I couldn’t meet up with my other counterparts. please what should I do to hook up again?
