Role Summary

  • Reporting to the Head of the Clinic and ultimately, the Chief Medical Director, Doctors attached to CRI Nigeria’s MediCare/QuickCare Clinics are expected to provide first-class medical services by applying medical knowledge and skills in examining, diagnosing and treating of patients who have registered with CRI Clinics or related facilities or have been referred by GPs or other health professionals for the diagnosis, prevention and management of disease.
  • In addition to treating patients, you will be expected provide emergency medical and health information and/or advice to patients or enrollees via CRI’s Assist platform; referring them to other healthcare professionals including nurses, radiographers, pharmacists and physiotherapists when the need arises.

Overall Purpose of the Job

  • To plan and provide medical and nursing care to patients in a medical clinic, at home, in an ambulance, or in other settings who are suffering from emergent or chronic illness and/or injury.

Roles& Responsibilities

  • Able to multitask and work with other healthcare staff to deliver primary medical care in a persons’ home, and remotely via telemedicine.

Overall Purpose of the Job

  • Provide medical and non-medical services to our clients through our Medical Assistance Call Centre.
  • Perform administrative services for call centre related activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Follow all policies and procedures laid out by CRI including but not limited to:
    • Company Policy and Procedures
    • Call Centre Policy and Procedures
    • HSE Policy and Procedures
    • Operational Policy and Procedures
  • Continuously review site for hazards and ways to reduce incidences of illness and injury, reporting any issues
  • Responsible for managing all call centre related activities with focus on customer service and satisfaction.
