Norsworthy Farms & Agro Allied Industries Limited is an integrated agro-industrial establishment. A 3,000 Hectare Oil Palm Plantation and processing facility-palm oil mill & palm kernel crushing plant.
We are recruiting to fill the positions below:
Job Title: Farm Supervisor
Location: Akwukwu-Igbo, Delta
Key Responsibilities
- Daily operations of the farm (Nursery, Main Plantation and supervision of laborers)
- Reporting to the Plantation Manager
Qualifications
- B.Sc (Hons) or HND in Crop Science, Plant Breeding, Soil Science, Survey, Biotechnology, Agronomy, or related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Oil Palm management.
Job Title: Farm Auditor
Location: Delta
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure compliance with farm process guides for PSP usage of materials etc
- To ensure approvals for purchases are within set limits
- To performs random checks on farm workers to confirm daily attendance and sign off daily attendance sheet
- To verify all farm purchases receipts and approves al farm inventory releases.
- To send monthly reports about farm activities and complicance
Qualifications
- B.Sc (Hons) Accounting with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Must have had experience in a farm
- Audit firm experience (would be an added advantage.
Job Title: Farm Accountant
Location: Akwukwu-Igbo, Delta
Key Responsibilities
- To disburse and record fund requests basis approvals from approval DOAG
- To manage farm imprest
- To maintain farm accounts – assets, expenditure etc
- Reporting to the HFA
Qualifications
- B.Sc (Hons) Accounting with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Must have had experience in a farm
- To be familiar with common Accounting packages
- ICAN is desirable
