Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Locations: Kano & Kaduna

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing the sales activities in the target areas and ensure achievement of set target.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create strategic plans aligned with company objectives and review historical operations data and reports to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve market presence.
  • Coordinate with the zonal sales manager to enhance sales performance.
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Report appropriate feedback and competitive information from customers to management for strategy adaptation.

Requirements

  • B.Sc degree in any Science related or Bio-science (Pharmacist, Pharmacologist, Microbiologist, Biochemist, Biologist etc) with a flair for selling and with strong achievement orientation.
  • 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • 2 years’ experience in managing sales reps.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with Standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Pharmaceutical sector.
  • Demonstrate success in exceeding sales targets using intelligent sales tactics.
  • Good leadership/ managerial skills.

Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Locations: Lagos, Port- Harcourt, Abuja, Kano, Benin, Delta

Job Descriptions

  • Achievement of the assigned sales target within an assigned territory.
  • Detailing of products with Doctors and other Healthcare professionals.
  • Conducting clinical meetings.
  • Spot emerging trends in retail sales (customer, competitor information, and value proposition insights) and communicate to the management on sales and marketing.
  • Report appropriate feedback and competitive information from customers to management for strategy adaptation.
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Managing distributor’s inventory and sales.
  • Propose and coordinate with marketing team, hospitals, clinics, retail pharmacies and pharmacist, promotional plans and activities.

Requirements

  • B.Sc degree in any Science related or Bio-science (Pharmacist, Pharmacologist, Microbiologist, Biochemist, Biologist etc) with a flair for selling and with strong achievement orientation.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with Standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Pharmaceutical sector.
