Job Summary
- Drive a light vehicle, such as a truck or van, with a capacity of less than 30,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), primarily to deliver or pick up merchandise or to deliver packages
Job Description
- Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
- Drive vehicles with capacities under three tons to transport materials to and from specified destinations
- Maintain records, such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements, in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain vehicles in good working condition.
- Report vehicle or equipment malfunctions.
- Perform emergency repairs, such as changing tires or installing light bulbs, fuses, tire chains, or spark plugs.
- Maintain vehicles in good working condition.
- Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to bases or other vehicles, using telephones or mobile two-way radios.
- Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
- Present bills and receipts and collect payments for goods delivered or loaded.
- Turn in receipts and money received from deliveries.
- Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
Requirements
- Must be appropriately authorised to drive truckss with valid licences.
- Proficient in the services he renders, and comply with all traffic rules.
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience

Job Title: Company Driver

Job Description
- To drive the company’s vehicle
- To inspect the vehicles and perform basic support undertakings like changing the oil, refueling, changing the batteries, and checking and repairing some minor issues
- To recognise electrical or mechanical faults in the vehicles and reports to the supervisor
- To Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
- To Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle

Job Title: Warehouse Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Process, package and ship orders accurately
- Organize warehouse space
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Keep warehouse clean and organised daily
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
- 3-6 years proven warehouse experience

Job Title: Transport Officer
Location: Lagos
Summary of Job Description
- Coordination of Transport matters across the entire organisation.
- Ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are put in place, and are functional, ensuring that all relevant records are maintained.
- Ensure effective materials management and quality control.
- Generate reports on operations and vehicle maintenance for management decision.
- Identify and mobilize resources for logistics operations, within the provisions made available by the organisation.
- Monitor vehicle’s to ensure that they meet up with legal requirements and road-worthiness.
Requirements
- HND/ B.Eng in Mechanic Engineering or B.Sc in Business Administration, Transport Management, or other related fields.
- 5 years progressive relevant experience in transport operations
- In-depth technical knowledge of light and heavy-duty vehicles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player, with good interpersonal relationship skill.
Job Title: Senior ICT Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The ICT Officer is responsible for providing technical ICT support in the company and other regions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Country focal point for ICT and contact person for regional and global ICT
- Implement ICT policies and guidelines at office level
- Ensure system security is up-to-date.
- Ensure that network access privileges, applications, data storage and regular backups are configured and maintained
- Implement and update a data disaster recovery plan (back up)
- Schedule computer related services, maintenance and license renewals
- Ensure installation and maintenance of protection services (anti-viruses and firewalls)
- Plan network upgrades, expansions and replacements
- Provide ICT support and trainings to staff
- Participate in the procurement processes of ICT equipment.
- Maintain inventory of ICT equipment, hardware, and software and ensure adequate supply and functionality, in collaboration with relevant staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field (Computer Science, Computer Networking, Programming, and Information Systems)
- At least 3-6 years Experience from working as an ICT Officer
- IT Certification eg Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate Cisco Certified Network Associate ITIL Foundation Certifiedan Extra advantage
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrated capacity in management of network/server software and hardware devices and platforms.
- Grasp of complex network, security, mobile, desktop, server, telephony, backup, application and database technologies.
- Strategic, analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills, with capacity to see the big picture, make sound decisions, and offer non-standard solutions.
