Job Title: Insulator Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To diligently, meticulously and accurately carry out Insulation tasks as assigned by team leader and in line with the company’s highest standards of quality and safety and in accordance with agreed task deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Have basic knowledge of various pipe sizes and insulation techniques.
• Able to carry out duct work fiber insulation.
• Can assist in carrying out pipe installation (straight).
• Loading & Off-loading of materials on and off site.
• Able to carry out pipe insulation.
• Help to prepare resin and do flat areas.
• Able to carry out fitting of insulation e.g. elbows, gate valves etc
• Able to carry out resin work.Show ability to manage small team of workers.

Requirements

• HND / OND / Trade Test Certificate will be accepted
• 3+ year experience as an Insulator technician.
• Knowledge of all tools and materials relevant to the Insulation Fitting trade. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and procedures as well as HSE policies.
• 21 years and above.

Job Title: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The technician shall install, maintain and repair indoor air quality systems, such as air conditioners.
• This may include performing warranty services and emergency repairs.
• This may also include assisting with customers’ queries.

Responsibilities

• Able to carry out copper brazing.
• Have knowledge of electrical components of Air Conditioners.
• Have knowledge of AC operations.
• Have knowledge of trouble shooting.
• Show ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to carry out all kind of AC installation e.g. small units, central units, AHUs etc.
• Able to carry out installation from drawings.
• Able to carry out some repairs.
• Able to trouble shoot and proffer solution.
• Show ability to manage small team of workers.

Requirements

• HND / OND / Trade Test Certificate will be accepted
• 3+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Working knowledge of boiler systems.
• Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• 21 years and above.

Job Title: Ductman Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To diligently, meticulously and accurately carry out Insulation tasks as assigned by team leader and in line with the company’s highest standards of quality and safety and in accordance with agreed task deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Able to identify tools relevant to the trade.
• Loading and offloading of materials on site.
• Able to join & couple ducts.
• Able to cut any piece of duct according to instruction.
• Able to fix duct as well as grills.
• Able to read, interpret & fix ducts from drawings without supervision.
• Able to fabricate ducts to correct minor errors on site.
• Show ability to manage small teams of workers.
• Any other duty that they may be assigned.

Requirements

• HND / OND / Trade Test Certificate will be accepted
• 3+ year experience as a Ductman technician.
• Knowledge of all tools and materials relevant to the Duct trade.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and procedures as well as HSE policies.
• 21 years and above.

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to clients
• Ensure accurate documentation of all shipments received and delivered.
• Remit and give a report of all cash transactions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) year dispatch experience
• Good knowledge of Lagos road network
• Good communication skill
• Must reside in Lekki/Ajah Axis of Lagos
• Valid rider’s permit.
• Minimum of SSCE qualification

Salary
N50,000 monthly, plus other allowances and insurance.

Job Title: Pipe Fitter

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To diligently, meticulously and accurately assemble, install and repair pipe supports, systems and related equipment for heating, cooling, water, sprinkling and drainage systems as assigned by team leader and in line with the company’s highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Able to identify tools relevant to the trade.
• Loading and offloading of materials on site.
• Able to carry out pipe insulation.
• Help to prepare resin and do flat areas.
• Have basic knowledge of various pipe sizes and insulation techniques.
• Able to carry out duct work fiber insulation.
• Can assist in carrying out pipe installation (straight).
• Measure and mark pipes as required.
• Competently attach pipes to walls, structures and fixtures.
• Expertly mount equipment such as FCUs, AHUs…etc.
• Able to read, interpret and implement drawings.
• Inform team leader on completion of daily tasks.
• Show interest, ability and charisma to be able to coordinate a small team.

Requirements

• HND / OND / Trade Test Certificate will be accepted
• 3+ year experience as a Pipe Fitter technician.
• Knowledge of relevant machines and tools, their design, their uses, repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of tools, materials and approved methods relevant to installation, repair and maintenance of pipes.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and procedures as well as HSE policies.
• 21 years and above.

Job Title: Plumber Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To diligently, meticulously and accurately carry out Insulation tasks as assigned by team leader and in line with the company’s highest standards of quality and safety and in accordance with agreed task deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Able to identify tools relevant to the trade.
• Loading and offloading of materials on site.
• Accurately cut and dice pipes to given specifications and measurements. Show ability to manage small teams of workers.
• Competently install pipes based on team leader’s instructions.
• Able to accurately identify pipe measurements and levels.
• Any other duty that they may be assigned.

Requirements

• HND / OND / Trade Test Certificate will be accepted
• 3+ year experience as a Plumber technician.
• Knowledge of all tools and materials relevant to the plumbing trade.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and procedures as well as HSE policies.
• 21 years and above.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To diligently, meticulously and accurately carry out Insulation tasks as assigned by team leader and in line with the company’s highest standards of quality and safety and in accordance with agreed task deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Able to identify tools relevant to the trade.
• Loading and offloading of materials on site.
• Able to tack correctly pieces of pipes etc.
• Able to weld in all positions-vertical, horizontal, flat, overhead positions etc.
• Able to read and interpret drawings as well as execute work from drawings without supervision.
• Ensures that pipes are straight prior to tacking.
• Any other duty that they may be assigned.

Requirements

• HND / OND / Trade Test Certificate will be accepted
• 3+ year experience as a Welder technician.
• Knowledge of all tools and materials relevant to the weldering trade.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and procedures as well as HSE policies.
• 21 years and above.
