We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Lounge Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Develop marketing strategies for the lounge
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Initiate corrective actions
- Control costs and minimize waste.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to customer’s complaint
- Manage and oversee the lounge and restaurant operations
- Take initiative to improve the lounge
- Plan and develop the overall marketing strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years proven working experience in the hospitality industry
- Must be social media savvy
- Confident, smart and a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Time and financial management skills
- Must have at least 4 years experience in a managerial position
- Preferably Female
- Strong background in lounge and hotels business
- Available to work at lekki axis
Salary
N200,000.00 – 250,000.00 / Monthly
