Job Title: Creative Motion and Graphics Designer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Accountable for implementing and updating the approved territory specific content strategy.
  • Identify and acquire VOD relevant and resonant, territory-specific content (movies, series and other genres) – in line with approved content strategy.
  • Regularly analyze content performance and subscriber feedback and make changes accordingly (content acquisitions, content scheduling, and content discovery).
  • Research and keep abreast of new content and consumption trends (locally and globally).
  • Administer and assist with the negotiation of territory specific content deals (independent studios, distributors and local suppliers).
  • Closely liaise with local and international content suppliers regarding available current and upcoming content catalogues.
  • Effective inventory management and planning; approval and management of all schedule changes.
  • Administer and request suitable license start dates from suppliers.
  • Create, implement and sign off on all territory specific content schedules and plans (across platforms).
  • Assist in creating, forecasting and managing budgets across all territory specific content genres.
  • Manage all administration specific to the content contract, operations and finance.
  • Manage monthly ad hoc projects, reports and presentations.
  • Manage the performance and output of staff through the approved procedures and processes.
  • Attend international markets where required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Appropriate Degree or Post Graduate Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in content acquisitions/distribution (licensing, structuring and drafting agreements).
  • Practical industry experience (content consumption and viewing trends, content protection/security, media windowing models/strategies- OTT, VOD, Pay TV, FTV, syndication and home video landscapes).
  • Financial management and Legal experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Extensive local and international content knowledge and passion.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills with proven track record in end to end product development and maintenance.
  • Assertive, detail-oriented, performance-driven, goal-oriented, ability to build relationships and ability to work under pressure

Job Title: Content Manager

Job Title: I.T Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Conceptualize, design and monitor procedures to manage all VAS & IN platforms; preparation/analysis of Logs (Short codes, SMS, Downloads, etc.).
  • Develop mobile and web applications as well as deploy new products and services
  • Develop documentation process and procedures for managing VAS network and provide the necessary information required for implementation.
  • Planning/ implementation of systems and network checklists- perform engineering level network planning and design for all WANS and LANs installed.
  • Develop a global security plan to ensure safety of data and access to the platform.
  • Manage all IS infrastructure and security as well as implement network upgrades.
  • Ensure systems/servers are always up, running and backed up.
  • Liaise with technical partners on interface issues with the telecommunication networks.
  • Participate in vendor selection process including requirements gathering, RFQ issuance, vendor evaluation, procurement, etc.
  • Ensure 24/7 service availability of mobile media content and infrastructures.
  • Ensure that all Service Level Agreements are in place and adhered to by technical services team of the business.
  • Exploit new technologies and keep abreast of all new developments in the field of networking and communication.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering / Technology related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in VAS solutions (exposure to the single-wire gateway an added advantage).
  • Familiar with telecommunication technology architecture.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft IIS and ASP.NET; Web/ Internet content filtering.
  • Stakeholder- relationship management skills.
  • Planning, analytical and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Domain name, service configuration and management; antivirus management and firewall configuration.
  • Network Optimization: High speed LANs based on fast Ethernet technologies, Local to WAN connections, wireless LAN, TCP/IP and other protocols.
  • Programming skills (Visual, Basic and/Java); Operating systems/Database: Windows (2003, XP, Vista, Red-Hat Linux (Shell Scripting), Oracle DB, SQL, Php, Java); MS Office 2003 (English), Visio and Project.
  • Hardware: Administration and setup of Intel / Dell servers and PC systems.
  • Good communication skills and strong customer – centric focus.

Job Title: HR / Finance Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Create and implement programs to support Recruitment, Development, Retention of Employees, Restructuring, Re-Deployment & Downsizing initiatives of the organization.
  • Define and execute human resources policies and procedures.
  • Overall direction of training and development needs.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration.
  • Manage employee performance by organizing performance development review.
  • Develop strategies and frameworks for managing the entire workforce.
  • Champion HR projects to enhance employee relations.
  • Ensure proper management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute the company’s financial strategy and manage the financial controls of the company.
  • Formulate and review the company’s annual budget.
  • Prepare financial reports in line with FIRS financial regulation on a regular basis.
  • Work with finance team in auditing the company’s account.

Requirements and Qualifications
