Job Descriptions / Requirement
- We are looking for a competitive on-field marketers (Medic surplus sales force employee) who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The Offline Sales Reps/marketer will act as the key link between our company and potential buyers offline and you will aim at meeting sales targets. As an offline Sales Rep/marketer , your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s products and maximize sales growth.
- You are expected to meet a monthly sales target.
- BSc or its equivalent
- As an on-field marketer your job would be to retail our products in your environs. That means on the streets, in offices, in shops, in churches and everywhere that need our hotly demanded products.
- You would not be required to come to the office except to be onboarded and other issues regarding sales or strategy that cannot be communicated as effectively remotely.
Requirements
Onboarding requirements for salesforce employees based outside Lagos:
- 2 Guarantors (One must reside in Lagos)
- A verifiable form of identification
- BVN
- Utility bill for address verification
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: N50,000/ month.
- You would be paid a fixed salary and that salary would increase based on your performance on a 3 month basis.
