  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales personnel to contribute in generating sales for our client who is into women’s wear. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Our ideal telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts and doing so professionally and poolitely.
  • The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Job Description

  • The Telesales Officer will be responsible for contacting customers and delivering comprehensive product information and delightful customer service throughout the sales process.
  • This position will be selling the company’s products, in this case fashion accessories and clothing items, asking questions to understand customer requirements, close sales, and place customer orders.
  • They will ensure the customer receives a premium experience with personalized attention.

Qualifications

  • HND.
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication skills..
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized.
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Be well mannered and understand professionalism
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day
  • Ability to meet targets
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Strong computer skills. including Microsoft office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
