Job Title: Water-Treatment-Plant / HVAC Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC and WTP systems.
  • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
  • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
  • Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  • Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Assisting with customers’ queries.

Requirements

  • Degree from a vocational school will be a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience as an HVAC/WTP technician.
  • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, water pumping, and heating.
  • Working knowledge of boiler systems.
  • Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
  • Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Must reside on the Island

Job Title: Hotel Security Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervises plans and schedules Security activities.
  • Determines personnel deployment and level requirements within a shift.
  • Knowledgeable of all duties of the Security Officer, Dispatcher and Supervisor.
  • Plans and schedules all Security activities for the shift
  • Conducts thorough investigations necessary to complete accurate incident reports in a timely manner.
  • Must be trained, skilled and certified in First Aid, BLS and AED.
  • Assures optimum guest satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Enforces company policies as they pertain to guest and employee conduct on the premises. Documents infractions and advises management where appropriate.
  • Responds to all emergencies such as fire, injuries, property damage, etc.

Job Title: CCTV Operator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Operate the Equipment effectively
  • Maintain and sustain the necessary Equipment
  • Store all Footages in the premises at all time
  • Watch Surveillance camera at all time with an open eye
  • Make Observations of all activities in the premises
  • Report Incidents immediately

Skills and Requirements

  • Must have minimum of 1 year proven experience in a one star hotel

Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
  • Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
  • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
  • Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
  • Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
  • Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
  • Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or relevant role
  • Great attention to detail and creativity
  • Organizing and leadership skills
  • Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
  • In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
  • Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
  • Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
  • Must reside on the Island
