We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Relationship Officer

Locations: Oyingbo & Mushin Branch, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Sourcing for Micro & SME clients in identified market zones.
  • Creation of quality risk assets monthly.
  • Rendering financial advice to customers.
  • Ensure credit appraisal & cash flow analysis of clients.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
  • Supervises Loan packaging and documentation.
  • Conducts credit check on borrowers and their guarantors.
  • Follow up on delinquent loans & immediately refer to same to his / her supervisor.
  • Ensure PAR is within tolerable level as specified by management.

Relevant Skills, Qualification, Attributes & Experience

  • HND / University Degree in Banking, Accounting, Economics or other related field.
  • At least 3 – 4 years’ experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
  • Good understanding of business process.
  • Applicant must be Hardworking.
  • Must be a self- motivated person.
  • Excellent interpersonal & numerical skills.
  • Excellent team player.

Job Title: Driver

Location: Lagos
Reports To: Head, Administration Unit

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive company vehicles to pick up or drop employees
  • Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient
  • Must strictly observe Traffic Rules and Regulation and maximum speed limit as prescribed by the National Road Traffic Regulation & Lagos state traffic law
  • Park the assigned vehicles at the specified parking lot in the office.
  • Must monitor expiration and renewal of his driver’s license without causing any inconvenience to the company’s schedule
  • Ensure that assigned vehicles are always clean and in good condition. Necessary maintenance such as washing and /or cleaning of assigned vehicles shall be done and scheduled properly for the convenience of staff.
  • Responsible for the routine check-up of the vehicles, such as motor oils, brake function, water, lights and tire condition.
  • Observe strict company rules, regulations, policies and directives.

Competency Profile

  • Minimum of SSCE qualification.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a structured organisation.
  • Strict adherence to traffic rules and regulations.
  • Must be neat and well-groomed
  • Must have a working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
