Job Description
- The Chief Talent Officer will be critical to this drive, based at the headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria.
The CTO will be:
- A world class people strategist and leader
- With outstanding knowledge and track record across the whole human resources/talent/people function
- As a leader of HR leaders, their reputation and skill set must command respect, and provide a sure source of support and insight for their team
- Able to mix it at the group exco level, providing the expertise on people, but grounding it within commercial flair.
Requirements
Previously, the CTO will have:
- Led the people function at a global or regional level
- For a major employer with a large headcount and footprint
- In a multi-level or matrix reporting environment
Essentially, we are looking for an eyebrow-raising, intake-of-breath-inducing profile; someone whose arrival in the organisation will be a catalyst in the transformation from big name brand to gamechanging beacon business.
