Job Title: Experienced Sales Professional
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business and retail channel opportunities
- Develop sales and marketing strategies and plans in line withthe company’s coporate activities.
- Coordinate, supervise and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for achievement of sales and revenue target.
- Develop the channel toachieve market leading positions.
Qualifications
- Good university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering and any other related discipline.
- An MBA or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in professional selling, preferably in downstream oil and gas of fmcg industry with at least 7 years at a managerial level.
Competencies / Attributes:
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven track records in leading sales team(s).
- Good experience of the environment and business terrain
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
